Terms and Conditions

You are welcome to view this site, but please bear in mind the following terms:

  1. psb-gallery.co.uk and my responsibility:
    1. I try to make this site viewable to all, in terms of being family friendly and accessible. Should you deem anything to be unacceptable for general viewing please email me with your concerns.
    2. Internal and external links are differentiated by all internal links opening in the same window, and external links opening in a new window.
    3. Although I check every external link before adding it to psb-gallery.co.uk, I am not responsible for the content of other sites. If concerns are raised, and turn out to be valid, about the content of an external link the link will be removed as soon as possible.
    4. Opinions and Information - Any opinions expressed herein are personal, if you find any factual errors please contact me.
  2. Your use of psb-gallery.co.uk:
    1. By viewing this site you accept the terms set out here.
    2. You may link to my site from your own site or a 'social network' site if you wish. Some buttons will become available on the downloads page for you to use.
    3. Images:
      1. All images are the property of Philip Butler and should not be used for any purpose without expressed permission.
      2. Any contributed imagery will be credited to the contributor. The (un-credited) exceptions being some images required to show links to some external sites.
      3. Should you contribute images for any reason, including addition to this site or use on personalised products, you must be the legal owner of the image. I will not chase copyright permissions for clients.
    4. Recommendations:
      1. If I recommend anything you must decide yourself whether or not it is right for you, my view of safety will differ from yours and as such I am not responsible for what you do!
      2. Business recommendations are included as a result of good service or products that I receive.
    5. Downloads:
      1. All files available to download will have been scanned for nasties, and will be in use on my computer / sat-nav etc., however you download any file at your own risk. Your use of that file is also your responsibility.
      2. All files may be edited once you download them for your own use only.
    6. All trademarks and company names are owned and controlled by their respective offices, and are not responsible for any downloaded content from my site.
    7. Ordering:
      1. Orders should be placed by email, fax or post. Simply because I spend a lot of time out of the office and often in places with useless mobile connection.
      2. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer. PayPal may well be offered as an option in the future.
      3. Because of the custom nature of most of the products I offer, payment is required before dispatch of goods.
      4. Ordering Time-line is as follows:
        Once you know what you want - Place an ORDER
        I send you a design to CONFIRM
        On confirmation I send you an INVOICE
        You then PAY
        Then goods are (Printed and) dispatched.
    8. Security:
      1. Cookies: This site only uses cookies for general tracking of visits to psb-gallery.co.uk pages. They are part and parcel of 'Google Analytics' and present no security risk to you as a user.
      2. Disabling or deleting cookies has no effect on your viewing of the site - feel free to block them if you prefer.
      3. No personal information will ever be disclosed to third parties. The only exception (and I don't expect to require this point) would be for legal reasons but this would be limited to the Police and state security divisions.
      4. Javascript is required to view the galleries properly, however you still see a list of images if JS is turned off.
